...I just finished a tutoring position for a Skyline High School student. His geometry included precalculus Trigonometry functions, translational graphs, etc. Pre-Algebra is an introduction to the ideas of place value, negative numbers, order of operations, absolute value, inequalities, square roots, factors, multiples, ratios and proportions, and estimation. ...Following that time, I left teaching to pursue a different career, only to come back at the height of the pandemic in 2020. Being back in the classroom was very challenging during that time, and for two years I was at a small rural school teaching Algebra, Geometry, Algebra 2, and Chemistry. An opportunity to move to a bigger school was presented and I took it. (read more)
