I recognize that people learn more about math by doing math and all students learn from different perspectives. ...During undergraduate school I was copy-editor of the college newspaper and was told I was perfect for the job. I am very good at spotting typos and spelling and grammatical errors. I worked as a GED instructor for five years, where I taught basic skills to adults who were preparing for their general education diploma test. (read more)

I understand Math is a love/hate relationship with a lot of people but I can help students understand it in a way that makes sense to them.
