...My former students have received top awards in the Scholastic Art Awards Competition at the 'Gold Key' level in drawing, painting and printmaking. They have received early admission to art school and scholarships based on merit. My approach to drawing and painting is based on my studies at the Lyme Academy of Fine Art which modeled their program on the French Ateliers of the 19th century. (read more)

...Last summer I worked as a teaching assistant for young adults with profound disabilities and I loved every second of it. This past year, I had the pleasure of interning at a junior/senior high school as a school counseling intern. I was able to work with students and parents for children with and without disabilities.
