What helps me connect with my students is that I can remember why I struggled and what I did not understand about certain concepts. Additionally, I earned a Six Sigma greenbelt designation from Caterpillar, Inc. for two projects that were estimated to add $2 million to Caterpillar’s profits while employed by Advanced Technology Services.
