...I really motivate my students to study and I do provide my student small treats (aka gift cards) for performing well in classes. I do maintain a score of 1-10 for every class and allocate a score to them after every class depending on their performance. At the end of 15-20 lectures, I cumulate these scores and give them presents on the basis of the scores they achieved. (read more)
