Learning organic chemistry, at large, requires a build up from the physicochemical properties of molecules and functional groups, to reactions and mechanisms, to synthesis. ...Since there's more than one way to solve a problem, I will teach the different approaches that best suit my students. I also find ways to relate the subject matter to real life uses, aiming for more excitement and engagement with the student. I take a more relaxed, fun approach to my tutoring. (read more)
