...We have lived in 9 states in every part of the country and I have visited 48 states – two more to go: North Dakota and Wisconsin. I’ve also lived in three foreign countries, Germany, Japan and the UK and I’ve visited six additional countries. I love visiting small towns and national parks and I’ve been to 22 of them. ...I believe the most important part of teaching is to build good relationships with students. Once a student understands that you are there to help and will do whatever it takes for them to succeed, then real teaching can begin.
