...There is nothing more rewarding than when you help someone else understand a subject that they have previously struggled to grasp. As for my teaching methods, I am a strong proponent of the teach-back method especially when it comes to math. The combination of repetition and auditory cues helps with pattern recognition and overall retention of understanding. (read more)
