...Methodologically, I tend to let my students guide. Of course, there will always be a subject to discuss, but I appreciate a Socratic method to learning in which there is an open dialogue between teacher and students. To me, the best part about teaching is learning alongside the student, because often times the student gives an interesting and insightful perspective into the subject matter. (read more)

I believe every student is capable of understanding any concept so I do my best introducing a concept in a questionnaire way, then explicitly teach the material.
