...If you practice with incorrect form, you develop bad habits and do not improve as fast. Math is the same way. As for SAT, I feel like a lot of people misunderstand the SAT and see it as a test of knowledge, when really, the SAT is about understanding what to look for and finding answers in the easiest way possible.
