The ultimate goal I have through tutoring is to build each student's skillset so that they can eventually become independent in their work in the future. ...I like to introduce the lesson in a fun way then I follow this with the I do, we do, you do method of gradual release. Through this process the student should be able to complete portions or all of the problems on their own by the end of the lesson. This process gives the student the support they need to gain the confidence to be successful. (read more)
