...We will do a particular problem several times. This assures that the student understands why we do what we do and not just come to a solution. From there, we will do a more challenging problem which takes elements from the previous one and again, work it out several times. (read more)
...I also was an intermediate Unit’s TELLS Math teacher and taught remedial math to 1st through 6th grade. I have taught inner city students and exceptionally wealthy students and found that all students can learn.
