...When we work together on a problem, I make sure my student is engaged and curious in finding solutions. I always encourage students to show their work and often ask them to "teach it back" to me to make sure that they understand the steps in the problem solving process. ...I'm a sophomore at Johns Hopkins with a major geared towards chemistry, chemical engineering. I finished a full sequence of the equiv to a 5 on the AP Chem, Chem 1 and 2 here, and I'm currently doing biochemistry.
