...They are not as set in their ways and are typically more coachable. When it comes to science specifically, this can be quite a spark to ignite! ...It was fun also to see their happy faces when they got their papers back with good grades. In my classroom everyone was carefully monitored individually so that by the end of the school year they all passed onto the next grade.
