...Learning organic chemistry, at large, requires a build up from the physicochemical properties of molecules and functional groups, to reactions and mechanisms, to synthesis. Thus, the better the understanding of the prior steps, the better the understanding of the following steps. About half of my time was spent in helping students with their lab reports. (read more)
