I like seeing student progress no matter what their ultimate goal so I am adaptive in order to vary a curriculum so that it has a good learning pace and also allows the student to see immediate weekly benefits. I've had many teachers that have challenged me to learn, to question what I know (or think I know), to move beyond the facts and figures that I could find in a textbook and apply what I've learned.
