...I am a firm believer in the notion that no one is a "non-math" person. When a student is allowed to discover new concepts in an adaptable environment, mathematical ideas can really "sink" in. My personal style is to put less emphasis on rote and memorization while delving into truly understanding what is being taught. (read more)
