...I have been teaching Geometry for over 5 years now. I realize it can be a strange subject for many students, it's the first time many will encounter formal definitions, proofs and logic. It is definitely a different flavor of math compared to algebra and arithmetic which many students are more comfortable with due to a longer exposure to those subjects! (read more)
...Bottom line is that I build math confidence and improve math scores. I held a teaching assistantship while studying for my MA and have always enjoyed teaching.
