...In middle school and high school, I took every honors math class (algebra, geometry, trigonometry, precalculus, calculus). I got a 5 on the AP Calculus BC exam. In college, I took both multivariable and vector calculus, before focusing on more theoretical areas; mainly abstract algebra and topology. ...I understand how to prove trig identities, solve application problems involving the Law of Sines or Law of Cosines, solve trig equations, and graph trig functions. I am currently certified in Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Trigonometry, and Geometry. The New York State Regents exams in these subject areas are basically final exams in these subjects. (read more)
